Probably regular maintenance or emergency maintenance. But that's the first time I saw a multilingual "Google <service> is down" page.

For me, it usually happens with Gmail. What can we do, their maintenance are in the wee hours of the morning - US timezone, when it's broad day to us. ^_^

Uhmmm... this is normal to Google Adsense and as always, serving ads is not affected. Adsense always do regular maintenance routine
